I haven't been exercising like I want to these last couple of days. I know I should, but I want to spend some time with my husband before he leaves. Plus we are trying to plan a birthday party for our boys at the same time. I just get lazy and say I will get back to it when he is gone and I miss him. I really do plan on it! I know that I have to since I am paying a gym membership now and have ordered new shoes instead of the toning ones that have me in extreme pain after 2 days.
I have a few new goals after playing around on here a little today (I know, I should have been exercising instead of sitting in front of the computer).
I want to see if I can get more points everyday until I get to an average of 100 a day...Its crazy, but I want to try.
The other one I found was 15 minutes of housework a day...a clean house makes for a clean mind...and a clean mind is able to focus on a healthy body.
I want to walk the walk of Frodo in the Lord of the Rings. I found that challenge and really enjoyed reading about it. I am going to use the websites of http://home.insightbb.com/~eow

ktorivendell.php to help me see where I am along the way. Not to mention pulling out the movies and watching them again. My oldest son loves them, so it would be interesting to see them again as I am walking the path.
So far that is all that I have set up for myself. Oh and my 5k and beating my friends time in the 5k she just did...
First things first though...I have to get myself back on the path of exercising.
