    You are not alone..I read the blog you are referring to..every person has their own journey. Some have had a hard life, some have so much on their plate that they don't know what to do first. I think and I don't know for sure because I am starting to get okay with myself just where I I accept myself, others start to accept me as well..weird. What one thing can you change on your plate? I am working on walking 10k steps and drinking water. That is more than what I was doing before and even though it is not making me thin, I know I am doing something different and better than what I was. It is the small things that we do that make the big things happen.
