I've been doing alot of reading lately, again. I never knew this but If my whole wheat bread has 20G carbs, and 7g Fiber, I'm only eating 13g Net Carbs. Only 13g of those carbs affect me.
If you eat something with 8 carbs, and no fiber, and take a fiber tablet for 2g fiber, your fooling yourself.
This makes me want to eat Whole wheat bread again since I took bread away from myself. Whole wheat pasta might come back too.. I will do some more reading. I know these calculations were made for people with Diabetes though.
