I just wrote a negative entry. Then went back and read blog posts from two years ago.
It was amazing how much insight I had into myself.
No more negatives.
Set a daily goal, do it, feel good.
Daily goal? 5 jobs apps, 1 walk, 1 exercise video, 1 liter of water.
Start small, do well.
The exercise video is accomplished. Wow. A simple 10 minute cardio routine sure kicked my butt. I think I'll be doing the beginner steps next time. Actually cooking lunch now. :)
