It's a wet one out there today...we had quite a storm that moved through during the early morning hours. It is raining still, but as long as the lightening does not return, I will get out and walk.
I had an OP (On Plan) day yesterday!
I maximized my advantage over snacking challenge by retiring to bed early. Maybe that was cheating, but I had to give myself the edge I needed right now until it gets a little easier.
Making some progress on a client project that I had on the back burner.
I was reminded why I was procrastinating on this for so long...still wish it was on the back burner... I don't care for growth experiences that make me stretch too big (OUCH!)
Our local library has a copy of the Mayo Clinic Diet....time to check out new inspiration.
