I took a week off last week. I was forcing myself to complete a task that still isn't done. So, I am back to my exercise plan. I feel better about taking the time off. My body feels better and am stronger. Yoga class was amazing yesterday. I trusted myself and am more aware of my body. It's the same thing in spinning class today too. The standing stablizer movement that had once burned my thighs and was so difficult to do was easier today and felt good.
Mentally, I feel better. I am stcking with my routine. I love exercising and the endorphones it brings. I just need to get this other task done. Goal - Stop procrastinating. I'll probably drop five pounds because of it.
