I have skipped two days. Yesterday my leg was sore for some reason so I didn't run. I plan to go tonight. I don't know if i will get in 30 mintutes straight, but I am ok with that. It is going to be hot here so I may just break it up into smaller segments. I will play it by ear.

I also have been slacking once again on 28 day bootcamp, but I once again am goign to recommit myself to it. I think I have decided to do the 28 day bootcamp and then try the spartacus workout that the PA at my DR's office mentioned to me when i was there the other day.
