So I made it official yesterday, no more talking about it. I joined the gym across the road from me. I got on the elliptical for a whole 15 minutes...yes just 15 minutes and felt like I was going to die. Than I did some leg presses (seated squats) and now today my legs are like jelly! I didn't think I was that out of shape! I am glad that my quickfire challenge today is shadow boxing...I don't think I could do much more if I tried!
Now to figure out how to track my shadow boxing...is it the same as boxing? I don't know...
