Bum Knee

I have bad knees. Last Sunday I was in my Zumba class, and tweaked my left one. It still aches. I am gonna wait until Friday to workout again. It seems so far away, but I have already had one knee surgery. Also if I make it worse than I am out even longer.

    Sorry to hear that. I can relate. hurt my knee in March, never got it checked, no insurance. Well, it got worse, finally went to the doctor last week, I have a torn meniscus in my knee! I may have to have surgery myself, but we are holding off as a last resort. I go back to the doctor today. The pain is unbearable and it causing back spasms, I have horrible knots in my back on the same side as my hurt knee.

    The knee aching is the one I haven't had knee surgery on, but was told I would need surgery for that one also....it sucks

    hope you can do some upper body strength to take the pressure off your knees for a few days, you are wise to dial it back a little when they bother you. here's to a quick recovery!

    Hope it's not getting worse, is it the same knee that had surgery?

  Sorry to hear you are having knee problems. Be sure to always take rest days so the problem won't get worse. I had knee problems earlier this year when I started anew running program, but it gradually went away when I took more rest days.
