One Step at a Time

I have never been good at breaking my goals down into small steps - particularly fitness goals. However, I think I have incentive to do it now. The first few days of September are going to be busy. We have lunches and dinners with family and family friends. I havenít seen some of them in a long time.
My goal is to continue to work out as diligently as I have been over the next week and to eat better than Iíve been eating, so that I will be as fit as I could possibly have gotten in one week when it comes time to meet them.
I think thatís a doable goal.
