I am getting ready to make my mark by kicking off a new exercise regime. Now that the weather is cooler and easier for me to walk outside, I have this new vast apartment complex to make my mark on and move around and get my cardio in. I am preparing for my drive to Michigan and I am planning my menu to eat decent and healthy while on the road. I do not have to rely on McDonald's and such, I plan on taking my cooler with water and fruits and nuts. I will have my protein drinks at the ready and plan on looking up healthy restaurant choices when I want something hot to eat.
The next four days will be busy for me, I have a laundry list of things to take care of. With God on my side, it is His glory!
