I finally bought a juicer last week after hearing all the great health benefits of juicing vegetables.
I'm so excited to make it a daily part of my routine. I already tried juicing some peaches, pineapple, and strawberries.
It was very yummy and all natural!!! I then juiced some spinach and carrots.
It was not the best tasting, but I know it's super healthy so that makes it a little easier to drink. My co-worker brought me in two books on juicing that have lots of yummy sounding recipes, so I copied a bunch of them down and am looking forward to going to the grocery store tomorrow so I can load up on vegetables and juice away.
