Marching Exercise for Better Balance

Tuesday, August 23, 2011

Here is a marching exercise routine to improve balance and get the heart going... remember to hold on to the back of the chair if you want to feel more confident doing them for the first few times...

Stay strong,
Anne

Thank you, Thank you - impecable timing as I am getting so many people asking since I mentioned the new Rocky Mountains Challenge!!
I also find that if the marching is done sitting it can be as effective - and is easier for many whoes balance is bad - then its an easier graduation to standing!!
It is such a great form of exercise for so many people!!!

    Joan...and everyone,

Do hang on to the chair! Make it a goal to lift hand off chair when you feel more confident.

xo,
Anne
