exercising feels good.

well exercise does feel good. after my curves workout i did 200 situps. about 5 minutes worth. i might do some more later on today. it depends. i plan to finish dusting chris's house. and may clean the bathroom if needed. that will give me more points so i can eat more. amen. well that is all for now. chow.
