I have had a few set backs lately so ... I checked back into what was working
in the past and decided to add in a little extra as well. OK number
ONE : HOT
I decided to take the entire dose of Cayenne that is recomended to speed
up your matabolism and help curb your appetite. I so wish I had the pills
because to stir a teasspoon of cayenne powder with a 1/4 cup of water
and down it ...Well its gross . I do feel better about a hour since the
cayenne and then I had some eggs and toast to chase it. We shall see
TWO: I watch DR. OZ a ton and he had 3 girls give their secrets to losing
100 to 235 pounds recently... Cayenne was one of the things , a pizza crust
make of lowfat cheese smashed up with frozen califlower was another
and the one I decided to try again was (2) wearing and carrying weights
when I walk. I will be wearing 34 pounds worth to be exact ...a little less
then I have taken off so far.. Again we shall see how this helps ,
she said it was simple the extra weight helps your workouts to make
you sweat more (she said she sweat like a man) and burn more fat in less
time... good for me because I am not into the 1 to 2 hour workouts like
I used to be.
