I really love my pie chart. I know that I already mentioned using the pie chart every day. WELLLL, last night I was really hungry and well below my minimum calorie goal for the day. So I thought--"I am hungry what should I eat?" Well, thought about those mint chocolate girl scout cookies in the freezer, then about the nuts, then about some fruit, and then about some vegetables we just purchased from the farmers market. What to eat!!?? What to eat!!?? So since I had my laptop in my lap (smart don't you think/), I looked at my nutrition chart and found that my pie chart was way to big in the fat part. So I started looking thru my favorites to find what would fit. Believe it or not, I found that my pretzels were the perfect fit and I could have TWO servings!! They still kept me below my top calorie goal and my pie chart looked much better. I LOVE MY PIE CHART!!
