Never mind the last month - things didn't go so well. Happy to be back and really glad to see I still lost some weight.

I need to establish a routine for food & excercise, something I'll work on in the next couple of weeks.

Haven't got much else to say, just wanted to check in. Nice to see some familiar faces....

    Sunshine glad you are back. I sometimes feel like I am perpetually starting over. It will take a while to get a good food routine down. I am theorizing that you need to be consistent for not less than two months to make it "habit". Good luck.

Nice new start is what you need - don't forget your 10 minutes of exercise each day, great place to start
