Week 1

Week 1:

I've successfully made it one week towards a new healthier lifestyle. I suprisingly lost 4 pounds. I'm amazed how easy it is to consume alot of calories in one meal. I'm glad I have the support of my sister. I'm looking forward to week two. One goal is to inrease my cardio.
