I'm still on track!! I haven't forgotten any of you!!!

Just thought I better let everyone know what I've been up to. I finished the loser program at my YMCA. Our group has stayed together and have our our trainer, so we still meet 2 days a week. I have started a diet plan and have lost 16.7 lbs. in 5 week. I do a boot camp type exercise with my group and its hard. I had a resent victory!!! I finally learned how to breath when I'm jogging and I jogged 2 miles yesterday without getting winded. Before I could only get around the track 2 times compared to 18 times yesterday at the Y. I was sooo thrilled!! I want to thank all of you, I always know your here for support. I just have not been on my computer that much lately. Keep on doin it, it took me a good 7 months to just figure out how to breath, now I can do it!! I hope it works the next time I try, tomorrow night!!
