Well, i'd have to say...pretty good;) I went running three times (every time for at least a lil than an hour) and i did two st CE workouts (BC2&3). I also managed to keep my calorie intake under 2500, and actually even around 2000 almost every day (and while that may seem high, trust me, it's very good for me;). Today i had a major cheat day cuz we had an all day family picnic, but i didnt really go overboard (it's super hot, so i'm really not that hungry either, which is good).
Next week is my pms week, so that should be...fun;) We'll see how i do:P Also i have to start actively looking for a job, so that too will be...fun;D
