Woohoo heading into week 3

So it's Sunday night and I have been so busy doing the exercising and socialising I haven't had the time or energy left to Blog. My bad.

I had a great week managed to keep up with the exercise regime and still have time to go to lunch with work colleagues and Ten Pin Bowling. Bowling was great (I suck majorly) but it was a lot of fun.

I went shopping big time this week and bought new trainers and track pants, T-Shirts so all set. Had a great time found everything I wanted, which was so much better than the last time I went shopping.

Weight wise was awesome, losing 3 kg was such a boost. Even though I got my period which usually makes me bloated it was still really good.

I started using the map maker and setting my walking routes which has been so much fun. I had mapped to walk up to the monastery today and thought I was gonna expire. I had visions of the monks in their orange robes peering at the fat woman wondering how they were going to move me. They only weigh like 50 kg soaking wet so that could have been entertaining. Anyhoo managed to make it up the hill and back home without any disaster.

So heading into another busy week and loving it.
