No exercise today.

I am skipping today. I have soreness in my lower back. Sometimes I get back spasms and am sore for three days. I will resume my count when I exercise again. I have had to go to physical therapy sereral times over the years for my back due to degenerative disc disease of the spine. I have moved, but I didn't do any full-on exercise. I may pull out my physical therapy exercises for tomorrow and do some of the easier ones. Most of them are listed on Spark People too.

    We all tAke breaks. Mine has been 9 weeks due to a broken leg.

  I'm sorry to hear about your back and you being in pain. But I know how determined you are so take it easy until you think it's safe to go back to you regular exercising. Give Princess a hug for me. T. emoticon

    A day off is good and will help your body to heal itself. And if you need to, then most definitely pull out those PT exercises and do those until you feel well enough to hit the gym again. Hope you feel better.

    I'm sure you did your chores and walked the dog so all of that is better than couch surfing! best wishes for a speedy recovery.....get in that pool soon!
