In an hour I will be starting my long run. I need to eat first but I am often not hungry early in the morning. However, it is really important for me to eat something with protein to help in the run. I have about 2weeks before the triathlon and nutrition is key for me. I am working out regularly but if I was even a little leaner I am certain it would be better for me in terms of speed. After the tri, I have a 1/2 marathon to do and after that I have a 10km. I think I signed up for too many events,but its done now, so no crying over spilled powerade. Once I do them, I'll be proud of myself for achieving these things and it is such terrific motivation for working out regularly.
