Reading through Gary Taubes books: http://www.garytaubes.com/writ
Good Calorie, Bad Calories and Why We Get Fat got me thinking about evolving my dietary lifestyle using the Paleo diet.
Seems simple enough, the idea that refined carbohydrates keep insulin levels high, thus preventing proper usage of stored fat, makes sense.
So far so good...energy level is up. Next week is a follow-up dr appointment.
