Well things went well for around 1 -1/2wks then I just couldn't control my urge for food emoticon

500 calories a day is a hard thing to follow. You have to do the program for at least 15days to re-set your metabolism

I'm going to try one more time at the end of this month.

  I'm glad to hear you stopped with the 500 calorie HCG diet. Please, please don't try it again! My sister tried it last year, and she passed out from lack of energy and ended up in the emergency room. The doctor told her that was the craziest diet he ever heard of, and if she didn't get off it and start eating more, her health would be in serious jeopardy. So thank God she decided to get off that plan, and went back to trying to eat healthier and exercise more.

All the scientific research that's been done over the past 50 years say that HCG is no better than a placebo for weight loss, and the Spark Coaches don't want people to do it because the extreme low calories and extreme food limitations are so dangerous.

    mY SISTER IN LAW WAS ON THAT AND NOW THAT SHE HAS COMPLETED HER 15 DAYS IS FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO STAY MAINTAINING AS WELL.
FOR ME I JUST COULDN'T DO IT. TO ME IT'S JUST ANOTHER DO THE WEIGHT LOSS AND ONCE YOUR FINSIHED THEN WHAT? YOU GO BACK TO NORMAL EATING AND YOUR BODY FREAKS OUT AND THE ABRUPT CHANGES AND YOU START GAINING AGAIN.
NOPE WON'T HAVE THAT HAPPENING.
I'LL STICK WITH LEARNING TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS THE PROPER [ORTIONS LISTENING TO MY BODY AND KEEP UP MY ACTIVITY LEVELS OF EXERCISING AN HOUR EVERY DAY AND STRENGTH TRAINING. i'M DROPPING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 2-3.5 POUNDS A WEEK RIGHT NOW WITH WHAT I'M DOING. WOULDN'T CHANGE THAT FOR THE WORLD!
