The good news is I only gained 4 pounds in my little self sabatage.
Wednesday was good, Thursday was bad, Today will be good.
I really want this, but I keep deciding to eat like crap. Whats the deal?
I want it because I feel like crap at this weight. How is it that food keeps winning?
Goal 1: 200 lbs by December. I know I can do it.
