Honestly, I hate change. I know it's good for you but I hate it. I sooooooo needed to change this attitude twenty years ago. Yes. I am delayed.

I have to stop thinking how many areas of my life needs a good revamping. Yes, it's like cluttering, not organizing, not paying your bills. They all need TLC. And if you don't give it to them, they break down.

So, now I know i have to show ME that I love ME. and that means to change my habits then stick to the change.

I guess I'm one of those with a split personality... there are areas of my life where change is the name of the game and I rock the boat big time to make sure nothing gets stagnant and then there's the other side where I *know* if there was any change... I would die! It would be so good to find a middle ground!

The advice given here is perfect... small slow changes are the best way to do it. You can do it!!! And any time you need help... we're here for support!!!

One step at a time does it. You'll want to incorporate it so it becomes a habit, not something you hate. Most of all, do it for you.

Yes change is hard but bad habits got us in a pickle with weight and health so having a new life style would be good and hey I am eating things now that I would have thought yuk because they are healthy. Boy have I missed out over the years. emoticon

Change is scary for sure, even when leaving bad habits behind as the familiar can be comforting and the unknown.. well unknown. It'll be right though, there's one thing that remains through changes... you still have you :o) you'll always be by your side to support and strengthen yourself for whatever comes your way or whatever changes you adopt into your life. You can do it!
