It continue to be good! haven't heard yet back from the Y but i
went up for a early morning work-out and put in an hour at
bending, stretching, trainer. I was only on it for ten minutes
to build up my muscles again but this afternoon not bad it
is a little achy i expected that after all this time being down
i can move around with abit more ease in the joints. Planning
on the next move of later when they have the triathlon there
by then i will be ready to rock & roll. Miss out on it last year.
Work-out
10 minutes on the elliptical trainer
15 minutes leg stretches on machine
15 minutes on ABS machine
one lap around the basketball court
warm-up to stretches
