Aqua Therapy - Peyow Aqua Pilates

I understand that quite a few of us use water therapy. Here is a clip from my Peyow Aqua Pilates program that you can do in the pool.

    emoticon emoticon emoticon most of my exercise is limited to pool movements. I had a great PT but it is great to be able to check back and see if I have the moves right! emoticon

    Thank you for heads up on these exercises I did not know they were so beneficial. It looks like they are also helpful with balance. I will have to try them.

    Hi Gloria!

Water always adds a relaxing tone to exercise. The floating aspect of the routines is calming, while engaging core muscles to achieve stability in the water.
