Today is my 28th day of a healthier life style.HOw do i feel? Great, there are times when i do feel sluggish but I am getting there, as far as setbacks I have learned to control them and just to stay away from the stuff that is going to take me down for the day..lol...I am still learning about calories, but i am good about portion control and found that i am now chewing my food, slowing down, and stop eating before the full feeling.i know i said a lot of this last week, but just wanted to add it again because is is a process and i need to continue to work on them. one thing that i found is that i got more stamina to finish my workouts, i am now working on increasing speed on my treadmill, i can hold up to a 4.2 speed, which one month ago i wouldn't have tried doing, i am feeling more energy and find myself turning everyday things into an exercise, when i watch t.v i find myself doing leg raises or some other strength training activity.I am now about 9 pounds lighter maybe 10...i am tracking my weight but dont want to make anything official or get excited til i weigh myself on the doctors scale on the 25th. have a good day..work hard to stay on track...
