Itís time to make that trouble goal go away!
My trouble goal is exercising. My goal is to take three exercise classes ( I am currently taking arthritis water aerobics and beginning Tai Chi , Next exercise sessions I plan taking either the land arthritis stretching or pole walking. Has anyone taken pole walking?, walk one day for twenty minutes and use exercise show programs for 10 minutes three times a week
I keep forgetting to use the exercise tracker I am pretty good about the nutrition tracker. I know that I need to exercise consistently to lose weight am I sabotaging myself or am not up to it?
Expressing my feelings they are frustration with myself and guilty I am not doing more.
