Good Morning, all! How are ya?
I'm a little embarrassed to admit this BUT:
Yesterday afternoon I gobbled SIX Reese's Cups in pure boredom. I was very annoyed with myself bc I knew it wasn't going to help my run. I marched right up to the candy bin and wrote on a bright pink sticky note: JEN! NO MORE CANDY! OINK! I drew a cute little picture of a piggie on it. It's a great reminder not to eat candy bc I'm bored. It's not helping anyone.
Funny thing about my run yesterday. Urgh! I felt heavy, I felt jittery, I felt so gross. I completed 2 miles but I was having some GI upset (no doubt from those pesky Reese's) so I didn't do the full four miles I was planning. I felt bleck but my time was the best ever for 2 miles....25:54! Go figure! I felt crappy though, my body felt slow.
You live, you learn, right?
I'm excited b/c we leave to NH tomorrow and I'm excited, I probably won't be able to get on even to spin the wheel, but please keep me posted on you while I'm gone!
I'm packing my running shoes and have three runs planned while I'm away. Bring it!
