I have been slacking on the recipe goal I made for myself. I want to try at least one recipe from Spark a week. Today I did. I made the Baked "Fried" Chicken. It uses corn flakes. It was verry good. I ate a small chicken breast and some Broccoli Soup from Quiznos. Then I did a big no no. I had a brownie from Quiznos. Its my weakness. I work next door to a Quiznos and the manager there is a friend. She is always sending home food. I've got to stop her from doing that. Even though I feel like I over did it, I'm still under my recommended calorie intake for the day. By about 900 calories. I guess I need to eat more. But I don't want to. Tomorrow is weigh in day. Wish me luck.
