I've been to many websites and many sparkpages over the past few weeks and seen many "before" and "after" photos. I've come to a conclusion that I want honest answers/opinions about. Here it is...
I've notice that people who lost weight by exercising by elliptical gliders, bikes, stair masters, etc. (no running) look good.
Then you see the photos of people who use running as their main exercise. Now they look GREAT. It seems they managed to shed those "fat" rolls better then those people who don't run.
So, the questions is this--do you think running helps burn the fat and help get rid of the fat (belly fat, rolls on the back, "thunder" thighs, etc.) or do you think they just have some kick ass metabolism?? Do you enjoy running?
