As the days fly by, I realise how easy it is for my motivaiton to start to slip.

I'm tired, working to hard and NOT going to the gym. A vicious circle, I work too late, miss my gym session, lack energy, eat more to give my energy, dont go to the gym because I've eaten too much arghh stop.

I know now I can't control my work schedule but I can stop letting it control me.

Tonight I will go to the gym, I will feel better after going because I know boost my energy levels. I will have time to finish my work later in the evening. I wont have time to eat too much (phew) and I wont feel the need to eat to much because I will be bouncing around on post workout energy.

Time to quit making excuses and get it done. I need an interim aim - 331 days seems a long way off even though I know it will come quickly.
