Three days of limited starches... down three pounds. Then I fell off the wagon yet again. Ugghhh. Just took the diet personality quiz and it said I am carb crazy. Good to find out something I had already suspected. Recommendation? Reduce consumption of carbs and eat more protein etc. So I guess I know what to do... just really hard to stay in the wagon consistently.

    I know the feeling. I was doing so good with my walking every day and getting at least 5000 steps per day...but this week I have been dragging. I have no energy whatsoever. So I havent walked...and what do you suppose happened? I also quit tracking all my food as well...and not surprisingly...I gained weight. It was only 1.4 pounds but to me all that matters is that I GAINED!! So I will just start again. I have started over many times on here. I am doing great with my water though. For every negative thing with my weight loss journey, I try to tell myself 2 positive things about it. I might have gained (bad) but I am drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and I am on here logging in every day. So I have two positive streaks going right now. That will be enough to keep me plugging away...slowly but surely. We all have setbacks Cuz, just dont let them be the "be all, end all."
