Four (or more) Other things I will be measuring during this challenge & their current stats: (body measurements, race times, crunch max, jeans size, whatever YOU need to track)
1. waist (start) 73 cm
(finish) 72 cm
(difference) 1 cm
2. butt (start) 105 cm
(finish) 104 cm
(difference) 1cm
3. real push ups possible (start) 0
(finish) 3-5
(difference) 3-5!!!
4. squat weight (start) 20 kgs (44 lbs)
(finish) 45 kgs (99 lbs)
(difference) 25 kgs (55 lbs)!!!!!!!!

When I first started this challenge, I thought that (i only needed to follow as much of a program as i wanted to) but now I've learned that (all the rules really do apply and i need to work on the whole package).

I already knew that (losing weight) motivates me, but now I've learned that (getting stronger) motivates me even more.

The thing that I accomplished during this challenge and am MOST PROUD OF is (more than doubling my weight lifted with squats and deadlifts!!).

Something I didn't expect from this challenge was (that i'd get sick in the middle and have the same horrible excuses rear their head).

This challenge may be ending, but I am not stopping... I'm going to swallow my fear and set a goal to (eat right every day! my eating has been my downfall and i need to make it a strength).

Make a statement declaring your commitment to continue: i have so many reasons to shrink myself, to get where i want to go. i will not let my piddly excuses get in my way ever again!
