So far I've been to the gym almost every day - well, except for Sunday but I ran outside instead.
Today I completed Day 2 of Week 3 of my 5 week walk/jog 5k program and I'm seriously considering to continue with the 5k Rookie running program - it's 8 weeks and it seems the first 5 weeks are very much like the 5 week program so I could simply carry on. I still don't "love" running but it's less hard than I thought it would be. I'll see how I feel at the end of the 5 weeks.
I'm also getting better at Group Step. It's still a beginner/intermediate class which suits me fine since it's the only class where the instructor actually teaches the patterns. From what I can see, in the other classes you're expected to just follow along. That's not good for me since I suffer from right-left confusion and I tend to trip over my own feet.

Finally, Group Power - I've been increasing my weights pretty steadily. I can't wait to get back to doing kickshields and see Sensei's face when I'm going to kick him through the wall - well, not really but I hope he'll feel the difference.
Other than working out, I'm being very lazy - a little gardening, watching videos, walking the dog, actually reading a BOOK, getting started on dish cloths for Christmas presents... I could get used to this!

    The more you run, the better it gets. You could even end up totally ADDICTED!!! emoticon

After the Walk/Jog Program I have planned to jump into the C25K program Week3 which is walk 3 / Jog 3 minutes just as the last week of the Walk/Jog Program... eh eh - How perfect is that?!! emoticon
