Feeling it!

Wonderful to know that I have control of this here situation of losing weight. Did more than expected over the weekend and actually weighed 1 pound less than previously come monday. I know that was the early weight coz by day's end I was back up but that is soo alright. I exercised pretty awesome and on my off day, still went for a walk ( 4miles)! Pretty ecstatic. So let's see how this week will be with the weight training that I need to improve on. I am very happy! emoticon
