Good Evening Sparker's! Hope all has been well with all of you! The last few days have been good. Saw a few good movies and enjoyed time with hubby, doggies and family. No word yet on the new job.
As for my weight loss journey, I was able to lose 4 lbs for this weeks Mondays weigh in. I have lost 12.5 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Its a start, 180.6 to go. We all need to start somewhere, at least I have started. My goal is to be under 300 by next Monday's weigh in. Fingers and toes crossed.
My walking/running training is going great. Over the weekend my sister and I started training for our 1/2 marathon next summer at a local park. We did 1 lap which is 2.17 miles. Our goal is to walk/run 6 laps in under 4 hours. In between the track training I am committed to my 100 minutes a day 6 days a week walking a minimum of 20 miles per week. Today I broke my record for fastest 5k time at 65.50. That's .43 seconds of my last fastest time.
