Weighed in at WW today and was happy to see my weight loss is on the way to my goal. I have been very careful to stay on track and it has paid off. Just hope it continues. I have lost 7.2 in three weeks. My goal is to lose 1# per week but will take any extra. I tried counting calories and watching my spark daily goal but as I stated before I need to weigh in and have someone say "good job". I still have to be responsible to myself but different with the personal touch. I really appreciate you gals on sparks that have been so encouraging and adding your personal touch.
We'll all keep moving together whatever it takes.
