I have officially moved into my new apartment at UTD. Yay! I even cooked my first meal in my new kitchen last night, which was frozen veggie pizza and champagne, followed by strawberries and more champagne ^_^ I didn't actually track my calories yesterday since I was so busy moving in (and since lunch was out, and not completely trackable anyway) but I probably didn't do so bad on calories. I'm back to tracking today anyway, although one of the things I haven't gotten yet in my new appartment is actually measuring spoons and cups, which makes things a little difficult because for now I have to estimate on things like half and half and olive oil. Oh well, it's on the list...
Second meal in my new apartment was this morning, turkey sausage and eggs which were kind of half fried, half scrambled. I'm going to have to get used to cooking on an electric stove again instead of gas.
I'm down to about 151 now, so I'm only about 6 pounds from my goal! Of course, I'm also only ten days away from the date I set for my goal, so obviously I'm not quite going to make it. But that's okay, because I've been doing so good anyway! My first goal was just a little over ambitious. Besides, if I'm just down to 149 by the time school starts, I will be more than happy. My second goal is still to be 135 by Christmas, and I think that should still be attainable.
