Well, this week, I was up 0.2 lbs. However, I lost 4.5 inches in the last month. I'm down 22.2 lbs in 16 weeks and have lost 25.75 inches. That's great, but I still have a long ways to go until I reach goal. I'm about 1/3 of the way through my weight loss, which is good. I've been stuck in a mental rut and this happened the last time I lost a significant amount of weight. I was in the 160's for 6 months! I am determined to bust through the mental plateau and get back to losing next week. I am nervous with a move coming up in 11 days and then school starting for the kids soon after. It will have to be a priority to get up early and get workouts done before the day gets started. Em goes to school in the early afternoon 3 days/wk & Noah goes Thursday mornings, so I know what my schedule will be like.
Time to get back to packing! I have a lot to do. :)
