Have been lazy at blogging lately. Any how the days are not standing still though.
Last week I did not see the scale go down as I would have wanted but that was my fault as I did not move at a fast pace as i would have wanted and was still getting over my indulgence in Sarnia.
So this week I hope that my body will respond to activities.
My first day of fasting went well, I drunk enough water in the morning (4 cups between 5:30 to 6:30 am) to stay hydrated all day and ended my fasting at 6.00 pm and drunk more water and had a snack of yogurt and nectarine and then went for a walk with Liz (slow walk for 30 min). I was home by 6:45 pm and went straight ahead and walked 4 miles with Leslie's walk away the pound tape.
Then had super: brown rice, mixed vegetables and chicken breast. Had strawberries for desert and soy beverage. Drunk more water.
Day 2: Just did sit ups this morning, breakfast was home made chickpeas/lentil vegetable soup with one tsp of olive oil, fibre 1 cereal and strawberries and soy and water.
Brought a snack of banana and yogurt for 6:00 pm snack before heading for a walk if it is not raining .
All in all my calorie range is 1300-1400.So far so good.
