I am feeling the pain of the quickfire burn...but I like this pain. This pain is the pain of change in my body and I wouldn't trade it for anything! Its not horrible, its that nagging pain that tells you you did something good for yourself. Its the pain that reminds you not to eat those candies sitting on the counter, or the bag of chips in the cupboard. Its the good pain!
I am glad that I found quickfire...it gives me those daily challenges that make me move my body. With the movement comes the motivation to do something more each day...I have been doing the step ups and yesterday I did the treadclimber. I feel better about myself when I do the quickfire. It is the one thing that keeps me focused when I don't feel like doing anything. I mean who doesn't have the time to do 20 pushups after going to the bathroom or changing the baby's diaper? If you don't, than you aren't trying! I have 3 kids home all the time and 2 extra during the week/work hours and I did 100 pushups yesterday, plus the treadclimber. If you want the burn the fire has to offer, you need to make the time for you! I learned this and its sticking to me pretty good...
