You need some normal hand weights or resistance bands! I have extra resistance bands if you want me to send you a few.. :)

I should probably watch all of your vids before I ask questions... you are answering them as the videos go on.... So... my apologies. I am the slow one, not you! :D #retardaward lol

YAY for measuring!!!! It's tough, but SO important! :)

    LOL! Maybe try doing it with your eyes closed?? Then you won't get into that deer in the headlights syndrome??

Maybe if you do just some chair "crunches"? Sit up straight and lift up your legs and bring down the chest and arms? Start with like 2 sets of 8 and keep building up. I know it probably won't feel like you're doing much....but remember, it's more than you have been doing and it will eventually pay off!

  Congratulations! I am 5'3" and weighed 330 lbs 2 weeks ago. Im now 314 and trying to keep the motivation up. Walking any kind of long distance is out for now. But. like you Im doing what I can and maybe someday will be able to do more. Congrats to you for taking the the initiative and and beginning you're plan! I enjoyed the video.
