Weekly weigh-in

Okay. I didn't post my weigh-in from last Monday, but I will do it today so that it doesn't look like a really lost weight!

August 8

Weight: 156.6 (this was up 1.8 lbs. but I'm guessing that it was water weight from my weekend out with my sisters!)
Chest: 38.5" (no change)
Left Thigh: 20.5" (no change)
Right Thigh: 20.5" (no change)
Waist: 31.5" (no change)
Left Biceps: 11.5" (no change)
Right Biceps: 11.5" (no change)
Hips: 37.5" (no change)

So really, all in all, last week's weigh-in wasn't too bad. Now here is today's weigh-in:

August 15:

Weight: 154.8 lbs (back down the 1.8 lbs)
Chest: 38" (-1/2")
Left Thigh: 20.5" (no change)
Right Thigh: 20.5" (no change)
Waist: 31" (-1.2")
Left Biceps: 11.5" (no change)
Right Biceps: 11.5" (no change)
Hips: 37" (-1/2")

So, basically my weight held steady, but I lost an inch and a half!! I'm hoping to really get back on track with the Walk off Weight meal plan to help. With a few outings over the past week, it threw me off just a bit.

Well, off to breakfast (Bananaberry Bread, Yogurt with blueberries and milk). Yummy!!
