Week 1 Results

Maybe blogging will help me stay on track, so here it is. It's good to know one can always start over again. This has been an interesting week ending with a lost of one pound.
Last weekend, I listened to a guy on public television talking about health and wellness. He really lit a fire under me. It has made the difference in my being on track this week. Believe it or not, I had another chance to see a repeat of the same show this week, which made it better.
This week hasn't been perfect, as you can tell by the one pound loss. One thing that I did different was eat a lot of salads. The second thing was sticking to two tablespoons of dressing. Another thing was trying to count fat grams as I try to decrease my cholesterol levels.
Hopefully, I can become more focused as the weeks go by. My plans are to make sure and use the nutrition tracker. So, off I go onto week 2.
