My weight has stayed around the same for several months...

I seem to be at a point of being within the same 3 pounds either up or down.This has been the same way for at least 3 months and I do want to take off more but have not yet figured out how to stop the yo yo cycle.I have lost 100 pounds of which I am very happy about,but there are still a few more pounds lingering around to go.Any thoughts on the weight still left when you are stuck?Thanks : ) emoticon

    Plateaus are hard that's for sure

    I was stuck at a plateau for a while in the spring. Have you tried changing up your exercise routine? Sometimes our bodies get used to our workouts. Best wishes on bouncing right off of that plateau soon!

    I was stuck for four months a year and a half ago, and then I proceeded to gain 20 or so pounds up until May of this year, when I joined Sparkpeople. I remained at a plateau for the first month and a half or so, and I just kept up with my healthy eating, and Kept upping my workouts...eventually, my body started to let go of the weight again, slowly, but surely. Just keep up the healthy lifestyle, and keep adding exercise to your daily plan, and you'll see results.....Good luck!
