5am workout...can I do it?

So, I figure if I blog it I have to do it! I am still trying to figure out when to workout during the work week. When I leave it until 7:30 pm I sometimes feel full or sluggish and end up not wanting to do it...I also then not want to go to bed afterward. ...so tomorrow I am going to do the unthinkable...get up at 5am and do insanity. I can run at 5am and I have even done some turbo jam or ST...but insanity??? Can I do it? I am sure there are plenty of other people who do it, but am I one of them? I will tell you the truth, last Friday I set my alarm and then re-set it at 4:30 am and ended up not working out in the morning...boo. So hopefully by telling the world, I will be able to find the motivation to do it. So it's your job to check in on me tomorrow...hold me accountable! I need to do it once to see how it feels so I can determine if I want to be a morning or evening girl!

5 am here I come! Oh by the way, I have planned out my food for tomorrow and packed things for my lunch already...no excuses!

    Just wanted to say Thank You. Because of you I did my workout this morning. I could have easily skipped it because I over slept. My volume was turned down on my radio and I did not hear it go off at 5:00 am. I woke up at 5:30 and laid there thinking it would be so easy to blow it off but then I thought of your blog and my promise to you that I would be out there exercising and I made myself get out of bed and got in my 30 minute run. I was just a few minutes late to work but it was well worth it! So, thanks! emoticon

    Did you do it? I did. I just can't workout at night. I'm too tired after working all day and like you said then I don't want to go to bed. Getting out of bed is half the battle. Don't hit the snooze!

    You can do it!! I leave for work at 7:00 am so I have found working out at 5:00 am works best for me. Like you, I have a hard time working out in the afternoon or evening and then I end up not doing it. So...I will be up and at em at 5:00 am tomorrow too. We'll be working out together. By the way, I pack my lunch and snacks the evening before too. No excuses!! emoticon
