5am workout...can I do it?

So, I figure if I blog it I have to do it! I am still trying to figure out when to workout during the work week. When I leave it until 7:30 pm I sometimes feel full or sluggish and end up not wanting to do it...I also then not want to go to bed afterward. ...so tomorrow I am going to do the unthinkable...get up at 5am and do insanity. I can run at 5am and I have even done some turbo jam or ST...but insanity??? Can I do it? I am sure there are plenty of other people who do it, but am I one of them? I will tell you the truth, last Friday I set my alarm and then re-set it at 4:30 am and ended up not working out in the morning...boo. So hopefully by telling the world, I will be able to find the motivation to do it. So it's your job to check in on me tomorrow...hold me accountable! I need to do it once to see how it feels so I can determine if I want to be a morning or evening girl!
5 am here I come! Oh by the way, I have planned out my food for tomorrow and packed things for my lunch already...no excuses!
